Shipping Policy for Kibble's E-Store

This Shipping Policy outlines the process for processing and delivering orders when you shop with us. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within India to all locations where courier services are available. 


2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch: Once processed, your order is handed over to our logistics partner. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputed courier services to deliver your order safely. The actual carrier may vary based on your pin code and logistic availability.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on every order placed through our online store, regardless of order value or delivery location within India.

    This shipping charge will be added at checkout and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.



5. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery timelines within India are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, or weather conditions.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.


7. Risk & Title Transfer

Once the order is delivered at the shipping address provided by you, the risk of loss and title of the goods transfers to you. We are not responsible for damage or loss after delivery.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. If delivery is delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional redelivery fees may apply at your cost.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you suspect loss, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a video of the parcel before opening so we can assist with claims with the courier partner.


10. International Shipping

For orders outside India:
